What to do when the cameras shows off –line on APP

Applies to: DVR-7104M, DVR-7108M

 

1.Check the Nat status of the DVR: Main menu>version

If your DVR Nat status shows connecting.

 

Pls check if the LAN cable connected with your modem, and the indicator is flashing

2.Setup the network of DVR

Enable DHCP, OK to save changes.

 

3.Restart the DVR to check Nat status if it says connected.
